The Welsh Harp Reservoir with its vast open water and orientation towards the UK’s south-westerly prevailing winds is an ideal place to sail. We are an RYA Recognised Training Centre and follow the RYA youth sailing scheme for our courses which covers everything from the very basics to advanced skills. We operate a coaching ratio of 1:6. Beyond these courses we have opportunities for our young sailors to practice their skills and have more fun on the water during our Supervised Sailing Sessions.
Each year we provide opportunities for sailors to compete for their borough at the London Youth Games and various other youth sailing regattas across the region.
Perfect for those with little or no experience of sailing. This fun introduction to the sport aims to take people from complete novice to sailing their own boats in just 2 days. Stage 1 is also the pre-requisite to coming to our Supervised Sailing Sessions
