Stand-up paddleboarding or SUP has taken off massively in the past few years. Standing on the surface of the water gives a truly unique perspective of the reservoir and is one of the best ways to experience the Welsh Harp.
We run sessions for people of all different experience levels, whether you have never been on board before, or you are regularly out on your own board we have something for you.
*Please note at present our current fleet of boards can only support people up to 110kg
Never been stand-up paddleboarding? – Let us show you what its all about. SUP or ‘Stand-Up Paddleboarding’ is great fun and everyone needs to try it at least once. We will start the session learning the basic strokes and hopefully have you standing up and paddling in no time.
Been paddleboarding before? Confident in standing but want to learn more? Then why not join one of our SUP Improvers Sessions, see below.

These sessions are aimed at people who have some experience of SUP but want to learn more. Whether you have just done a taster session or have bought your own board we are here to help you make the most of your time on the water. At first paddleboarding can seem simple, but there is a lot more to it than meets the eye. With the help of our expert coaches we help improve your paddling by looking at topics such as; stance, trim, posture, paddle-strokes, rescues and moving around on the board.
Participants are welcome to use our equipment, but we are also happy for you to use your own.

Our Supervised SUP Sessions are the perfect way to get out onto the water. Whether you’re interested in fitness, wildlife watching, or just have a relaxing time on the water, then we are here to help.
These sessions are open to anyone who is experienced in both standing and paddling on a paddleboard. On your first session we will run thorough a quick induction and competency assessment with you. Participants are welcome to use their own equipment, we may ask to inspect it before taking to the water.
Please note: At present our current range of boards can support a maximum paddler weight of 110kg
