Stand-up paddleboarding or SUP has taken off massively in the past few years. Standing on the surface of the water gives a truly unique perspective of the reservoir and is one of the best ways to experience the Welsh Harp.
We run sessions for people of all different experience levels, whether you have never been on board before, or you are regularly out on your own board we have something for you.
Never been stand-up paddleboarding? – Let us show you what its all about. SUP or ‘Stand-Up Paddleboarding’ is great fun and everyone needs to try it at least once. We will start the session learning the basic strokes and hopefully have you standing up and paddling in no time.
Been paddleboarding before? Confident in standing but want to learn more? Then why not join one of our SUP Improvers Sessions, see below.

Whether you have just done a taster session or have bought your own board we are here to help you make the most of your time on the water. At first paddleboarding can seem simple, but there is a lot more to it than meets the eye. With the help of our expert coaches we help improve your paddling by looking at topics such as; stance, trim, posture, paddle-strokes, rescues and moving around on the board.
Participants are welcome to use our equipment, but we are also happy for you to use your own.
